Phase 1: ENROLL

Mục tiêu: Đưa thiết bị vào quản lý của Intune thông qua auto-enrollment.

Objective: Bring devices under Intune management through auto-enrollment.

Các phương thức enroll thiết bị vào Intune

Preparation - Auto enrollment method

• Auto-Enrollment đã bật trong Intune MDM User Scope (Microsoft Entra admin center → Devices → Enroll devices → Automatic Enrollment).

Auto-Enrollment is enabled in Intune MDM User Scope (Microsoft Entra admin center → Devices → Enroll devices → Automatic Enrollment).

• Người dùng nằm trong Azure AD group được phép MDM enrollment.

Users are in the Azure AD group that is allowed for MDM enrollment.

Enrollment Guide

Case 1: Thiết bị mới / New Device

Boot Windows → Chọn Set up for work or school.

Sign-in bằng tài khoản công ty (Microsoft Entra ID).

Quá trình Auto-Enrollment sẽ tự động kích hoạt và đăng ký vào Intune.

Boot Windows → Select Set up for work or school.

Sign-in with company account (Microsoft Entra ID). Auto-Enrollment process will automatically activate and register to Intune.

Case 2: Thiết bị cũ (đã retire) / Old Device (already retired)

1. Reset thiết bị (tùy chọn Fresh Start hoặc Autopilot Reset).

Reset the device (option Fresh Start or Autopilot Reset).
